Draining all the publicity it can get from the Juke-R's appearance in Dubai where it competed against the Lamborghini Gallardo, Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG and Ferrari 458 Italia supercars on a makeshift track, Nissan has now released official footage from the race.

This is the third video we've seen of Juke-R's win in the past two weeks, so we won't blame you if you've had enough of…Nissan's Groundhog Day. The rest of you can watch the new clip right after the break.

New Aerial Video of the Nissan Juke-R's Race Against the Gallardo, SLS and 458 in Dubai

Nissan is making a strong statement with its product launches lately pitting its vehicles directly against more expensive offerings from established premium brands.

And we're not only talking about Infiniti's recent commercial where the M35h beat the Porsche Panamera S Hybrid in a quarter mile sprint, as the Japanese carmaker also setup a race between the prototype 485hp Nissan Juke-R and the Lamborghini Gallardo, Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG and Ferrari 458 Italia supercars.

The race took place on a tightly designed makeshift track in Dubai on the sidelines of the local 24hrs Endurance Race.

Following on from the first grainy video, Carscoop reader "Meto D" tipped us off on a higher-quality clip shot from the air that also includes footage from inside the car driven by the winner of the 2008 PlayStation GT Academy competition, Lucas Ordoñez.

Watch the Nissan Juke-R Pawn a Ferrari 458, a Lamborghini Gallardo and a Mercedes SLS AMG

There's no question that the Nissan Juke-R is wickedly fast, but is it actually fast enough to give a lesson to exotic supercars like the Ferrari 458 Italia, the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG and the Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4, for example?

Well, there's a lot to take into consideration including the place and the person driving (let's not forget that any car is as fast as its driver is), but for whatever reasons, this time the Juke-R came out as the winner.

In the video clip from Carsandspeed that follows, we see the 485HP-strong Juke-R winning a race against the three aforementioned supercars on a tightly designed makeshift track in Dubai as part of a promotional event on the sidelines of the local 24hrs Endurance Race, in which it took part as the official pace car.

We managed to find out that the man behind the wheel of the Juke-R was 26-year old Lucas Ordoñez from Spain who was the winner of the 2008 PlayStation GT Academy competition.

Video: Ferrari 458 Italia Challenges a Koenigsegg Agera R

When your ride packs a high-revving, 570HP V8 matched to a dual-clutch transmission for a 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) time in 3.4 seconds and a top speed of 320 km/h (200 mph) then you’re inclined to believe that you're the king of the road.

But as fast as your ride may be, there will always be something faster. And as the owner of a Ferrari 458 Italia found out, the Koenigsegg Agera R that was launched earlier this year at the Geneva Motor Show is one of them.

Video: Hotted up 1967 Volvo Amazon Kombi Plays Around with Ferrari 458 Italia

While a 1967 Volvo Amazon Kombi may seem like one of the last cars you'd consider putting up against a Ferrari 458 Italia, it doesn’t take long to see that this Swede is not your run-of-the-mill station wagon.

The team over at GTBOARD, which uploaded the video on Youtube, didn't provide any supplementary information on the Amazon, but looking through our archives we discovered that this particular modified Volvo is most likely the same car that was displayed at the 2006 SEMA Show, albeit updated with several tuning goods.

The one at the Las Vegas show sported a 600 horsepower six-cylinder engine. Scroll down to watch it in action.

Ferrari’s Mugello Party: Mega Gallery with 150 Photos and Video

Question: what’s better than a Ferrari 458 Italia? Well, for starters a whole bunch of 458s, along with racing 430s and 458s from the North American, European, Italian and Asia Pacific Ferrari Challenge Trofeo Pirelli, all in one place, the Mugello circuit.

Would that be enough to draw 10,000 spectators from around the world? Perhaps not and that’s why the 2011 Finali Mondiali Ferrari event that was hosted last weekend for the 19th time, had much more to offer to the Tifosi.

Rumors: Porsche’s Ferrari 458-Fighter to be Based on Next Audi R8 Platform?

With the presentation of the all-new 911 at this year's Frankfurt Motor Show and the launch of the next-generation Boxster and Cayman sport models set for 2012, Porsche is now considering its options for a more direct rival to the Ferrari 458 Italia.

This will not be yet another variant of the 911, but a new, mid-engined model placed between the 911 and the upcoming 918 Spyder. Porsche, with the exception of the Cayenne, uses bespoke parts, not sharing any of its components with its cousins in the VW Group.

Ferrari 458 Italia Driver is D-Bag of the Day

No matter how much of a good driver you are, getting behind the wheel of a powerful supercar like the Ferrari 458 Italia always has its risks. Even more so when you disable the electronic aids.

But as everybody knows and accepts, accidents can happen. What we can't accept is the way that the driver of this 458 Italia handled the situation after losing control and almost hitting three photographers situated on the side of the track.

Video: Jay Kay’s Day Off at Ferrari's Headquarters

Ferris Bueller might have borrowed his father’s 250 GT California to indulge himself for a day, but Jamiroquai’s lead singer, Jay Kay, can indulge in a Ferrari any day – and twice on Sundays.

You see, Jay Kay spends his hard-earned money on cars. Especially those vehicles with the prancing horse adorning their bonnet. And he’s got lots of them – both cash and Ferraris.

Therefore, when he shows up at Maranello, he is treated more than a VIP, a celebrity or a valued customer: he gets treated like all three together.

Nissan GT-R Smacks Ferrari 458 on the Highway, But Fails Miserably on a Twisty Road

The Nissan GT-R is something like a poor-man's supercar – and there is nothing wrong with that in our book. It has beaten/embarrassed vehicles costing several times as much on more occasions that we can care to remember.

However, sometimes we tend to forget that being fast is as much about the car as it is about the driver. Case in point, a friendly road race between an SP Engineering-prepped Nissan GT-R and a Ferrari 458 Italia.

Ferrari 458 Italia Re-imagined by French Designer

Almost everyone who has laid eyes on the Ferrari 458 Italia's bodywork will agree that it is a work of art. Even though Ferrari’s people claim that it was function, and especially aerodynamics, that dictated many elements of the 458 Italia's shape, it is perhaps one of the most striking supercars currently on sale along with the Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4.

Surely, no one would dare suggest otherwise, right? Well, not so fast. Olivier Demangel is a French designer and 3D artist who lives in London has cooked up three proposals for a redesigned 458 Italia.
